  5. Salmon River in Idaho is one of the world’s most popular whitewater rivers. Up to class five levels, alpine and forest scenery surround this river that goes outside of Alaska. This is one of the most natural spots to whitewater rafting as wildlife fills the areas such as bears swimming across the river and moose walking around.
