What better time of year to enjoy good old-fashioned comfort food – tasty grilled cheese “melts” and delicious soup combos. The Melt (owned by Flip Video founder, Jonathon Kaplan) recently opened a new location on the San Francisco Peninsula – at Stanford Shopping Center in Palo Alto. Nestled between Max’s Diner and California Pizza Kitchen, the upscale fast-food joint opened to the delight of holiday shoppers just a week before Christmas. Many of you may already be familiar with The Melt locations in San Francisco (on New Montgomery, One Embarcadero Center and on Spear Street).
SF Peninsula Restaurant
Mingalaba – Burlingame, San Francisco Bay Area Mingalaba is one of our favorite local Southeast Asian restaurants – fun for foodies! We’ve eaten here many times for lunch, Sunday Brunch, and dinner… and several things have been consistent – the food is outrageously good, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the prices are reasonable!
