May is National Meditation Month. What better time than the Spring to get outside in nature and be in the moment. Find somewhere quiet where you can sit in stillness, relax your body, close your eyes… and breathe. Or practice a walking meditation in a park, at the beach or anywhere near water.

Meditation is an effective technique for reducing stress and bringing balance and inner peace to the body, mind and spirit. Mindfulness Meditation is about being mindful and paying attention to the present moment – it’s an invaluable tool for self-growth.
